Just after Court of Protection Practice 2015 went to press, the Court of Protection (Amendment) Rules 2015 (SI 2015/548) amended the Court of Protection Rules 2007 with effect from 6 April 2015 for certain rules and 1 July 2015 for the remainder, subject to transitional provisions.
